Zakariyyah Zabek
Zakariyyah Zabek, a distinguished Enrolled Agent and Chief Visionary Officer of APEXVISION, brings over 18 years of expertise in financial services. As an innovator and leader in his field, Mr. Zabek specializes in helping small business owners achieve lasting success, utilizing his extensive knowledge in corporate finance, IRS representation, taxation, and multi-entity capital structuring. His exceptional ability to understand the unique challenges of his clients allows him to deliver customized, effective solutions that drive growth and profitability.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Zakariyyah is deeply committed to community initiatives such as the Leonard Jones Minority Junior Golf Foundation and the Harvey Home Project. Tiffany Dyar
Tiffany Dyar is a business consultant and innovation leader who draws on more than a decade of prior experience in health research and program development focused on dementia, delirium, and aging brain health. At the Regenstrief Institute, the Indiana Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute (CTSI), and the IU School of Medicine’s Center for Health Innovation & Implementation Science, she contributed to studies on detection, care models, and implementation in real-world clinical settings. She also helped to start up Eskenazi Health’s Aging Brain Care (ABC) Center and the Critical Care Recovery Center (CCRC) in Indianapolis, IN; two innovative programs that deliver interdisciplinary, patient- and caregiver-centered services across clinic, hospital, home, and community settings (ABC Center, CCRC). Today, she brings that background into her consulting and advisory roles, helping organizations shape strategies that balance innovation with practical execution in health and adjacent sectors.
Leonard Jones
Leonard Jones is a native of Dallas, Texas and a nationally recognized PGA Golf Professional and Hall of Fame Golf Professional. He developed his leadership skills early growing up in West Dallas. Earned a four-year Golf Scholarship and graduated from Prairie View A& M University, with a degree in Business Administration. He accomplished many African American and Championship Firsts.
The Flower of Life Foundation will utilize Leonard Jones PGA Golf Professional and Hall of Fame Golf Professionalism expertise, public relation skills in Dallas, TX network resources as its community outreach coordinator/advisor. He has 46 years’ experience operating and managing golf courses and teaching the game of golf. Mr. Jones was responsible for getting more than thirty individuals, four-year Scholarships for Junior Golfers
Dr. Jason Fowler
Dr. Jason Fowler is a Board Certified Chiropractor in the state of Texas, having over 30 years of experience treating a wide range of spinal conditions from children to the elderly.
He prides himself with a gentle hands-on comprehensive approach to recovery from injury using his extensive background in active and passive manipulation, rehabilitation, as well as other methods to improve the overall wellness of his patients.
Dr. Fowler was born in McKinney, Texas where his family roots go back to the founding of the city. He remained in the area where he attended Allen High School. After high school, he moved to Kansas City, Missouri where he attended Cleveland Chiropractic College. Upon graduation in 1993, Dr. Fowler moved back to Texas to begin his career. In 1993, he opened his first practice in Frisco, later expanding into McKinney. After several years of practice, family needs required him to relocate out east to Mineola, Texas in 2001. He continued to practice in Mineola until 2015 when he felt it was time to move back to the area. In 2017, Dr. Fowler joined Foundation Health Chiropractic.
Butch Chelliah

Tony Hills
Tony Hills’ football journey began at the University of Texas, where he earned All-Big 12 honors, played a pivotal role in the Longhorns’ National Championship, and achieved All-American recognition. His collegiate success led to a 10-year NFL career with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Dallas Cowboys, and New Orleans Saints, including a Super Bowl XLIII championship.
Off the field, Tony’s leadership earned him the D. After retiring in 2017, Tony channeled his passion for financial literacy into helping athletes achieve lasting success. Tony provides tailored financial solutions specializing in insurance, annuities, and wealth management.
Ronda Hertz
Ronda’s leadership strengths in management, business development and strategic planning has been resourceful to launch and grow businesses and ministries such as Bridge Builders, Journey the Experience which evolved into a Church plant called Real Life Community Church in a very short period of time. Formerly the CEO/CMO of Veteran Handyman & Construction to VHC Construction. She has the vision and aptitude to take the Revive Ranch Foundation and Revive Ranch humanitarian project from conception to completion with high success. Ms. Hertz she has a B.S. VCT & Masters in Pastoral Counseling and is currently the CEO of Cabana My Cage. Ronda and Steve have a wonderful family. Above all she cherishes who time with her husband and best friend of 24 years and their four creative and amazing adult children Katherine, Chad & Melina (wife), Isabel and Isaac.
Steve Hertz
Steve has Overseen multiple construction projects and managed community developments, he has coordinated a multitude of GIM Ministry Teams for our Homeless Hunting Outreach. As well was he is an experienced craftsman to homeowners and business owners with for over 40 years experience. Served as COO of VHC Construction. Mr. Hertz has an Associates Degree in Horticulture with emphasis on landscape design and architecture from Orange
